We provide access to menstrual hygiene products, conduct awareness campaigns, and advocate for policies that uplift girls and women.

This is more than a cause; it’s a calling.
As someone who experienced the pain and shame of not having access to sanitary products, I understand the deep emotional and physical toll period poverty takes.
PadsForHer was born from that experience; to ensure that no girl feels less than or unworthy because of her body.
